Booking Suspensions Sydney

Stockwell International has received notice that because of ongoing congestion and industrial action at Sydney port that has caused disruption to the network schedule and significant delays.
Shipping lines have stopped taking bookings into Sydney, with the only alternative of shipping to Melbourne or Brisbane.

Industrial Actions Update
Dear Customers,
As you may know, Port Botany, Sydney has been dealing with a great deal of Industrial Action as of late. These strikes, go slows and work bans have caused ongoing congestion, resulting in an excess of more than 50,000TEU of cargo that has not been shipped out of the system.
The Industrial Action has caused major disruption to the network schedule and significant delays, so much so that shipping lines have stopped taking bookings into Sydney,
Stockwell International has been updated that today Patrick Terminals applied to the Fair Work Commission trying to end the industrial action. Read the full update.

Wharf Infrastructure Fee

Stockwell International must advise customers and would like to reiterate that due to wharf increases, Stockwell International has no choice but to pass on the fee as of 1st October 2020, Stockwell International’s Melbourne Infrastructure fee will be the following:
