Please be advised that Patrick Terminal in Perth has been served with further Protected Industrial Action (PIA) from the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA). For further information please refer to Patrick notice below.
** Monday to Friday stoppages of 1 hour on each shift at 0500, 1300, 2100hrs.
Starting 1200hrs Monday 25 October 2021, ceasing 2359hrs Friday 5 November 2021.
This action is in addition to the ban on the allocation of employees during certain roster phases and will continue to limit the availability of labour to conduct stevedoring and road operations.
