COVID-19 Update 2
Like you, we have been closely monitoring the global health and economic challenges posed by the COVID-19 outbreak. These developments impact those of us in the transportation & logistics industry in a variety of ways, and we send our best wishes to all being affected.
To combat the further spread of the virus and to safeguard the health of our team, we are implementing a work from home policy, effective immediately.
What this means:
- Stockwell International’s physical office is still currently open, however staff have the option from working from home until further notice to help contain the spread of COVID-19.
- Your sales and ops representatives will be available as usual during regular business hours.
- Regardless of our staff working from home, you can expect the same high level of service you’ve always received from the Stockwell International team.
We are fortunate to have a technology infrastructure in place that allows our entire team to work remotely without any reduction in the quality and efficiency of our service. We will continue to operate and deliver containers etc having put in measures that will enable this by complying with the Government mandated regulations.
Please note that Stockwell International can also accomodate you if your business has shut down temporarily, we are able to bring your containers back to our store and/or unpack and redeliver them. Please be aware
that extended storage may result in additional costs in demurrage, so please keep this in mind.

Singapore & Port Kelang Congestion Notice
Stockwell International has received notice and would like to advise that congestion is being experienced in Singapore and Port Kelang as the last 2 months of cargo from China is now starting to move in conjunction and less sailings are available to move containers out again.
