Update to Global Congestion and Delays
Stockwell International would like update you on the current delays and congestions being seen around the world and what this may mean for your shipment.
We have been advised that in Singapore the congestion situation is slowly improving but there are still backlogs that are averaging 2-3 weeks across most carriers.
Meanwhile, in Northern Europe (Hamburg, Rotterdam) there is very high densities at container terminals and inland transport bottlenecks are aggravating port truck drivers has led to increased dwell times for imports and exports. We expect vessels to be delayed if shipping from these ports.
Stockwell International will continue to keep clients updated with any changes to this situation.
